After my five year old laptop crashed while attempting to upgrade to the new version of Pop!_OS, I called their office for tech support and created a ticket.

Within about 45 minutes, a human living in the same country I do called me, patiently explained the problem and solutions, and then proceeded to field another question unrelated to why I had originally called.

You're not going to find that kind of support from many companies, much less tech companies.
