@blogdiva @inquiline yep, tenured faculty including full professors were involved in the organizing effort, along with contingent faculty, teaching faculty, research faculty!
Every single kind of faculty was involved and every kind will be in the final union, which matters a lot to those of us working on it!

@inquiline I feel like for a stereotypically left wing space universities are there are very few unions. Certaintly haven't heard of any at my time there. Happy to hear that one uni is setting one up
