@coffee Nah I used the Chromagraph brushes from True Grit Texture Supply for this, though I'm curious about the ones you mention!

@stokori Hmm, I see! Concepts is just a cross-platform sketching/concept art app that pretends to be raster but does vector under the hood. I picked that one because it's the only touch-friendly painting app on Windows that could fill the whole screen and supported Surface Slim Pen haptics.
This piece looks a lot like it could be done with the felt tip pen + pencils + pastels in Concepts.
