Local history teacher Clara Pond has begun an existential crisis after realising her entire life is a lie and learning history clearly does sweet fuck all to stop people from doing it over and over again.
This comes after the teacher scrolled the news to see the creation of multiple potential ‘forever wars’ despite how badly those historically have gone and there already being other wars like in Ukraine, once wiped out diseases making a comeback, world economies hoping they can power through a fuel crisis by straining working class people more and the multiple ongoing genocides and humanitarian crises in Palestine, Congo, Myanmar and Sudan.
“What’s the fucking point,” she said while drafting up a lesson on violent imperialism and colonisation, “hey kids here is how to learn not to let evil people ruin the world and cause nonstop harm. By the way this shit is still happening.”
“Fuck even Disney wont learn to stop pumping out those live action remakes no one likes.”
