The list of things we won't try and fix is reasonably short: CRT TVs, Microwaves, or weapons. Though final decision to try sits with our fixers and their assessment of the thing.
Yes CRT TVs and microwaves are often fixable but they have very dangerous voltages inside and usually we have kids running around the event. We are not risking that.
