    A woman was arrested today on the Albert Bridge for showing support for #PalestineAction

    It was my understanding that the current situation was the police would take your details but you would not be arrested

    Perhaps the guidance has changed?

    I shall try and find out, either way its not satisfactory to have the legal status of this charging day-to-day

      This article from the Jewish News reiterates the previously stated known position

      “officers will continue to identify offences where support for Palestine Action is being expressed, but they will focus on gathering evidence of those offences and the people involved to provide opportunities for enforcement at a later date, rather than making arrests at the time.”
