Want to play a game? Here's a photo of two identical machined stainless steel objects. Can you figure out what they are and where they're from?
I *think* both questions can be answered but lets see!

UPDATE: 1/2 They're indeed high quality coat hooks. Now where are they from?
@Pepijn look like these little nubs from the back fork of a motorcycle to pick it up for maintenance.

- too small for cabinet feet
- too big for electronic equipment feet.
- scratched. Someone (you?) needed pliers (what's combinatietang in English) too get it out.Intended as hooks for hanging something with a cord on?

Here's a photo showing some dimensions. Main body is 23mm. The thread 5 or 6mm.
If they were 5/8" diameter, and the thread was 1/4", they could be used at a pinch to put a camera on a lighting stand, coathanger or not.
