      @sophieschmieg

      "While 59% of executives say quantum-enabled AI will transform their industry by 2030, only 27% expect to be using quantum computing by then."

      this sure sounds like a polite way of saying "i encourage all of my competitors to dive on this technology first"... 😉

              @q @sophieschmieg It's like AI, but with added QUANTUMS! That'll make it EVEN BETTER! The investors will LOVE IT!

              I believe this encompasses the sum total of thought on the subject.

                              @danlyke It is awfully ironic that you should use this word. I found myself nearly perseverating on it yesterday. Somehow, for a few minutes, it became the most fascinating word in the English language.

                              I think Vonnegut would mark this one up as you and I are in the same karass. And then he'd call us idiots for buying into his bullshit.

                                        @elight I have been trying to find words that express my disdain for the level of "thinking" that's going into the embrace of AI.

                                        I have been taken to task for suggesting that grown-ass adults stuck in Piaget's Animism stage might have developmental disabilities, but I don't know how else to view this level of delusion.
