@Nickiquote in my part of the US, non-diet whatever and caffeinated drinks are often called "leaded."
Only us older types get the joke anymore. That's okay.
Ireland/UK here and we'd say leaded.

High Fructose Corn Syrup Sweetener. Because of Senator Bob Dole nearly all American Sodas have HFC instead of Cane or Beet Sugar.
That was Jolt Cola’s big thing back in the 80s: Real Sugar and Twice the Caffeine. After the turn of the century even Jolt sold out.It’s why I buy Mexican Coke: real sugar.
@MedeaVanamonde @missnfranchised @Nickiquote I looked up the ingredients out of curiosity, and Australia only uses cane sugar in it. I don't think we use HFCS at all.
Of course, it’s all crap anyway.

Very hard to find semi-skimmed Coke these days.
I always ask for 'Hard Coke' and when they ask if Pepsi is OK I say no and cause a ruckus

this reminds me of the riots in India a good few years back when they discovered all McD's chips are pre-partially-fried in beef fat before bring frozen and sent to branches for finishing -
