Because of a pending court case -- unrelated to mstdn.ca -- that hasn't been proven in court, meaning "innocent until proven guilty"?

Several people have posted this CBC article from a week ago, this is not new. I don't know the admin personally, I'm not here to either defend nor judge him in the court of public opinion. I do think we should let the justice system run it's course before we decide how and if this will impact mstdn.ca and whether we need to move to another server.

Unless there is something else I'm missing? Do you have personal issues with the admin?
