It's been about 5 years since I've looked at Ubuntu Touch (or UBPorts?), so it was time I revisited this alternative OS.
And now with Waydroid in a really usable state, it is really close to being fully usable for me.

I only have google pixel phones... I know
But the first 5 generations were nice.
