    The era of unchecked tech monopolies is over.

    We're taking decisive action to enforce open, fair, and contestable digital markets. Our measures had real consequences:

    πŸ›‘οΈ Fined major platforms for anti-competitive practices and ignoring consumer data choices
    ⌚ Required strict hardware interoperability for smartwatches and connected wearables
    ☁️ Launched three investigations into dominance in cloud services and into search engines hiding media

    Accountability is here πŸ‘‰ https://link.europa.eu/YTddh6

    @EUCommission I fully support the DMA! Let's keep up the good work and make that we fully enforce effective laws like this. There is still so much to be done

          @EUCommission Es wΓ€re nett, wenn ihr wirklich dafΓΌr sorgt, dass die US-Tech-Riesen die Marktanteile behalten, sondern die Strafen auch durchsetzt und nicht vor dem orangen Clown einknickt. Das geld ist in der Softwareindustrie in Europa gut angelegt.

            @EUCommission
            Meanwhile your institutions are built upon the same monopolies you "fined" (more like slapped on the wrist while allowing them to happily harvest our humanity).
            The very same monopolies are about to create a digital lockdown in the name of "security" while you're doing your "digital sovereignty" theatre.
            Sorry, but your message is downright insulting to every single citizen of EU. People aren't interested in your "performative policing". They want you to uphold your values. But that would probably raise some uncomfortable truths. Or am I mistaken?
