      Common name: thyme-leaved speedwell or thymeleaf speedwell

      Wikipedia says it's native to Eurasia and North America - so the northern hemisphere, I guess.

      It also tells me this is considered a weed in turf grass. As someone who would prefer low-maintenance garden to grass that needs mowing, I would be happy for it to take over my urban lawn any time!
