What do Israel and the US do? They launch a war anyway. #FuckIsrael #FucktheUSA

@leftylabourtech @markgrieveson People also should be reflecting on the Iraq invasion. Trump was using a lot of the same talking points about Iran as Bush did with Iraq. The only thing they skipped was the UN disinformation show. I guess our government slept through that?

"Fool me once" as Bush said, indeed.

@zazzoo @markgrieveson Marx was right about history repeating itself first time as tragedy and the second time as farce.

He was writing about Napoleon III in early 1850's France, but it's relevant today.

@leftylabourtech @markgrieveson Marx was not wrong. And in our current distracted short attention span world, it seems we're now doomed to repeat history on a weekly basis.

@zazzoo @markgrieveson The Omani mediator was quite clear that Iran had put a proposal on the table that went well beyond the earlier Obama deal and could have settled things peacefully.

But the US/Israel decided they wanted a war instead....and our government supports it.

@markgrieveson @leftylabourtech The gap between Carney’s pretty speeches and his government’s actual commitments is so vast.

@zazzoo @markgrieveson BTW, I'm also seeing some reports that the US/Israel are targeting Iranian dissident leftists.

If by chance the Islamic regime does fall, they want the left out of the way so they can install the Baby Shah as a puppet.

@leftylabourtech @markgrieveson For sure! Just like Venezuela was not an action for the people. They'll grab control of the oil reserves and install their own puppet regime.

@michaelgemar @markgrieveson As for "middle powers" that have condemned the US/Israeli actions?

Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Spain. #Canada is not on that list. It's on the "other" list.
