Pete Hegseth, the US Secretary of Defence who cannot remember his own title, is having One Of Those Weekends. He's had to pose and try to look intelligent while the press pool covers the "situation room"-type clubhouse meeting at Shangri-La In The Swamp, had to talk about bombing and attacking a place half a world away that he couldn't find on a fully-labelled globe, and had difficulty understanding when it was explained to him that "Iranese" is not actually a real language.

Monday morning meetings are the worst, but having to give a presentation while hungover or still hammered really takes it up to hell-on-earth.
