got back from the doctor today. In general, the meeting went well, but as to how well, I won't be certain until we pull blood work in about a month from now. But on the bright side, I get to come off of one of my medications. Just have to keep not fucking it up.

@da_667 mood. My last bloodwork was not great after discontinuing a med, but my doc wants to see how it looks after another 3 months without any holiday-induced dietary departures.

@ajn142 yeah. I got my bad news early December. Having finally go the will to try and change things, it was extremely hard to be good during the holidays. good luck with future endeavors, stay strong.
