every six months or so I get a ping from this recruiter at a local “health system” because they are looking for a ciso and want to know if i’d be interested- and this has been going on for at least 4 or 5 years.

which begs the question- just how awful is the environment if they can’t hold onto anyone for longer than a few months seemingly?
