@SnoopJ I mean I can probably get out of most of those meetings (I was still in them because I have a lot of experience and process knowledge and that was useful but I guess I'll just drop as many as possible and increase the intensity of me trying to find another job)

@tante I feel this deeply. We’ve had to stop working with some clients and have turned down work because it is clear how invested they are in something we fundamentally can’t get behind.
It is wrecking both my business and my will to work in this business.

@tante same. We had a big “onboarding” meeting about it. All but 2 of us out of maybe 50 are not LLM users. On the plus side leadership supports my internal Butlerian jihad to at least demand some degree of rigor and accountability. I can’t stop anyone but I can put up as many firewalls as I can for when the inevitable shitshow arrives
