@veronica @DanMorgan Nope, 5/4 is literally fifth of April in Sweden in casual everyday use, the notation in this case is d/m.
@paavi Exactly. Last month.

@greg_montreal
Or, arguably, by Roger Waters.
@DanMorgan@Eetschrijver @greg_montreal @DanMorgan if you’re thinking of Time, that’s 7/4
Edit: derp, Money

@bascule
Time is 4/4. I was thinking about Money, which is indeed 7/4 (except for the instrumental break). But it said "and other unusual time signatures".

@greg_montreal @DanMorgan@Eetschrijver @greg_montreal @DanMorgan err whoops yeah Money, which goes back into 4/4 because David Gilmour refused to play a guitar solo in 7/4

@DanMorgan @caelarue nerds: 5/4 is the fifth of April
@labria @DanMorgan Not in the US, because (just like our refusal to adopt the metric system) we are weirdly stubborn about the strangest things.
-
@DanMorgan@vmst.io
star wars is about the least nerdy, most pop-cultury thing there is for the past 2 decades. -
@DanMorgan I heard the first four attempts to get this picture were scrapped, but they finally got it on...
Take Five.
-
@DanMorgan
Also, if we are naming famous tunes in 5/4, Mars from Gustav Holst's The Planets is a notable one. -
Damn. Gonna go put on my favorite Dave album to celebrate
-
@DanMorgan it’s funny because nobody’s ever called jazz fans ‘nerd’.
