    @jaykuo It shouldn’t matter if she’s a U.S. citizen or not. No one should ever be treated like this by law enforcement. If a person is being arrested for murder, they’re still legally presumed innocent until proven guilty in court and should be treated that way. Anyone in the U.S. is supposed to be protected by this right. Take away the presumption of innocence, and cops can treat anyone like convicted criminals without ever having to prove anything.
