What really annoys me about this is how the government deliberately obfuscates the point. "We're investing £15m in anti corruption." What they mean is that you have to fill out a thousand forms when buying a house, or that a council officer cannot buy a pen without going to tender.

It's never about the revolving door between government, business and the press for them. Or where their donations come from.
