@revengeday I think it's good to identify and talk about potentially bad stuff, but it's not ok to be mean to people about it. Don't judge people harshly for using the service where all the people are, ya know?

That said, it seems insane to not be able to communicate cross channels...it's like saying I can't call a friend because they are on a different phone network, if we want to talk we all need the same platform.

I remember having similar feelings with people hearing about fcebook and istagram doing really creepy stuff . Just like discord, you're already giving up your data rights, so what did you expect?
But it's a fine line to walk because lots of people use those services because that's where their community is. It's easy and friendly , and no amount of me being mean will make them choose mean over easy and friendly !
