He also emphasized that the US has fewer regulations and labor laws, allowing him to move forward hassle-free and enabling employees to work overtime and get paid accordingly.

When we joked that it was about the billions of dollars, he told us it's not about the money:
"Most folks at OAI (...) got bigger offers from other companies, but they are in it because they love it."

With this statement, he joins a growing group of European entrepreneurs calling for a healthier environment to grow their businesses. Instead of regulations, Europe should focus on facilitating company growth.
