    New Blog - Perimenopause: My HRT Journey

    I've been taking HRT for a few months to help manage the effects of Perimenopause. Mostly, it's helped, but progesterone has been problematic.

    I feel it's SOOO important that we share experiences on this. After posting here about my last Pg low, the repsonses I got made me want to write this blog asap. Here it is:

          @RinaVolpina it is! Like you said before, progesterone issues are pretty common.

          And perimenopause can be a real beast. It's scary that there are people out there suffering and they've no idea what's wrong! And it's not just them either, their loved ones are going through it right along with them.
