@kyleve I really do not understand why folks on my team were let go and what I could've done to fix it. This the best team I've ever worked with at Square, they were amazing – I felt so proud about who I'd hired and what they'd done. An insanely amazing group of folks. Really. Sucks.
@kyleve when they’re firing literally 40% of the company it really feels like luck of the draw, there's nothing you or anyone could've done. great people who were doing great were all fired, theres really no logic behind any of this
makes me so sad, that is not the place where i used to work its unrecognizable… -
