Hunter Jozwiak pushed changes to the master branch of the nvda2speechd project
    A fix for Diablo, hopefully.

The custom Tolk was tripping the integrety checker when you tried to
replace Blizard's shipped copy with the one that gets it working on
Linux. Turns out their copy of Tolk checks for an NVDA window and
that the controller client answers, so let's just make a
Window. Perhaps this also eliminates the custom Tolk for other games,
    subject to further tests.

But if you put that dll in system32 of the Proton prefix, it works just fine. Did a tier 50 pit and it went through speech-dispatcher throughout.
