And there is no LineageOS version for my phone, because apparently the "Lite 5G" at the end makes a big difference.
So if anyone knows of a custom OS specifically for OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G, I'd love to hear about it to make my search easier.

@Gulleko I had my partner take a look and it really doesn't look like there is anything for the lite version.
Lineage *might* work, people are saying the camera might stop working, and there is always the risk of bricking your phone.
So I can't promise it'll work, but others have had some success with it https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/benz/
Do be aware of the risks before you throw yourself into it though! -

I don't want to risk it right now, but who knows how I'll feel once it updates and adds all the AI garbage.
