I feel like I've fallen back into the tech cult mindset to some degree. I used to watch Apple keynotes and get excited for things like "we updated the design of the Notes app" or whatever. Now I wait for major new releases of Linux distros and get excited for things like "we updated the thumbnailer in the file manager."
