Blargh. Waited to go to the grocery store until later because I needed to purchase a rotisserie chicken in order to make enchiladas for dinner tonite. I was trying to time it to where it would sit out just long enough to cool off a bit so I could debone it & be close enough to dinner. I get out in the rain. I walk up to the display case just as a man grabs the last one. An employee tells me it will be another hr before more are ready. Ain’t waiting that long.

My #autistic brain could not pivot beyond this. Most people probably would’ve been able to figure out something else to make for dinner but I just went home a sad panda & ate a can of tamales instead. The shitty part is the legal husband is getting something for himself to eat on the way home & didn’t offer to get me anything.
