An arcade distributor selling Deal or No Deal arcade machines in North America was always setting the coin setting to Vietnamese.
Why?
So instead of "Insert Coin" it would say "Insert Dong" and he thought it was funny. A LOT of arcades never bothered to notice so you might find a few (as I have!)
