I spent all winter waiting for dawn to catch up to morning, and was really enjoying it finally starting to align, waking up to gentle skies.

Now I'm back to turning on all the lights to try and tell my brain it's morning while it looks out at a black sky and says pfffft!

Jumping the clocks forward an hour has completely demoralized me.

And trashed my circadian rhythm.

But yeah, we gotta do it every year, because ....reasons.
