    Right now, life is... exhausting.

On the private side, I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment in my home town (to make things more complicated, I live on the other side of Germany these days). On Saturday and Sunday, I will show my apartment to a bunch of interested tenants - 13 people have booked appointments so far.

On Monday, I will also attend the owner's association for the apartment house. Past events have taught me that skipping this meeting is... unwise.

On the day job side, I have a major tender which needs to be submitted in less than four weeks. There is a multitude of smaller offers we need to send to our customers. The problem is that many of these involve server hardware... whose prices currently rise by about 50% by month.

My father and my brother also plan to visit me at Easter, like they do every year. Which means that I will have to do my annual spring cleaning as well. However, if everything goes according to plan, I will hand over the apartment to a new tenant on the weekend _before_ Easter, which means I can't use that weekend for the spring cleaning.

And on Wednesday _after_ Easter, I have my annual performance review at my day job - which takes place in Aachen this year, so I will have to travel for _that_, too.

And after that, I expect negotiations for the tender to begin, which means even more work.

Truly, there is no rest for the wicked.
