For $49.00 (a magazine!), you can read all of this #MAHA drivel and #tradwife propaganda: "she advises readers that the purpose of exercise is to achieve an optimal “waist-to-hip” ratio supposedly preferred by men. In practice, this means 'exercises that build your butt while minimizing growth in the quads, hamstrings and thighs.' Noelle also implies — falsely — that cardio exercise can 'throw your hormones off' and should be minimized, or even avoided."

@CindyWeinstein Between this stuff and the manosphere “looksmaxxing” crap it seems like they are designed to give everyone eating disorders, paranoia complexes, and inferiority complexes. It’s even more troubling that they are doing that while taking a blow torch to mental health organizations, access to mental health medications, etc.

@CindyWeinstein Of course it's the hip-to-waist ratio crap. They're so invested in their bigotry being "actually science." It's sad.

@CindyWeinstein The article didn’t cover whether there is any info provided on how a man can sexually please his spouse (and what a woman can ask for) — it really seems all about pleasing him.
