    Testing trans bans in Kansas.
Trans genocide is real and happening now, not just in Kansas.

Head of Trans Liberty uses Kansas Capitol bathroom in defiance of new law

As an out-of-state trans person, Samantha was willing to take the risk that every trans person in Kansas is now forced to take every time they exist in public.

      @MPgh
my concern in Kansas would be being on the state list of Transgender residents

other states have passed bills to make Transgender a mental illness, or made Drag public indecency, so they can round people up and put them in a psychiatric hospital or prison

take a minority out circulation, slowly

Kansas is going to try and get a bill that does one or the other over the line THEN use that list to round everyone up incredibly fast

those not paying attention can find this stuff in future history books

how the US adopted Nazi ideas during its spectacular collapse. page 1, chapter 1. Kansas

@normjess The person testing the trans ban in Kansas is not a resident. That was intentional.
You’re right: there are too many states like Kansas (Texas, Florida, Idaho, Kentucky, etc.) and not enough states like California and, for now my home state of PA. Things are going to get a lot worse before they get better.

@MPgh I keep thinking things have got too extreme and the trans panic will finally break

but we never hit rock bottom, at the bottom of every hole is another hole

perhaps its gonna take them getting rid of gay marriage and women being able to vote without needing a birth certificate (because they change their names from getting married) for all the cis people to wake up

at which point they'll be too focused on getting that back

          sigh

@normjess I’m wondering if we’ll actually see the midterm elections, or T will declare martial law once the Republicans lose .

@MPgh I think it will depend how much of a blue wave their is, as it will be harder to cover up

I'm so sorry this is happening again. I'm also so very mad at the inactive because they make it feel like 1930's Germany. Take care.
