                    @Tutanota I would argue that it’s both. When you’re at home, do you let your kid surf the web on the PC unabated? If you do, then I can understand why this would be difficult to grasp. Most parents would monitor what their children have access to on the home PC so there is no reason why it shouldn’t be done on their mobile devices as well. Parents have had twenty years to do this and they failed, now the government will step in and do it for you.
