    - New York sues Valve over loot boxes.

    - FBI launches an investigation into indie malware-infested games on Steam

    Lastly:

                  The third link works. But this kind of data peddling has been going on for a long time. Just recently, Google has been in the crosshairs: https://www.washingtonpost.com/investigations/2026/02/03/homeland-security-administrative-subpoena/

                  But Yahoo's demise was partly of its own making.
