@cazabon I love those early games. They were a lot more simple and lag free.

1975 sounds about right. I briefly spelunked on Wikipedia and I'm not sure I found precisely the right one. I seem to recall it had 4 "different" games that were essentially identical, selected with a slide switch - they were so similar you could actually switch in the middle of a game and it would just continue.
It had paddles, and the only other thing I really remember are the two different sounds it made - I think one ("bink") was for when you hit it with your paddle, and "bonk" when it bounced off the top or bottom of the screen/arena? Dunno.
You still have it - does it work? Or have the electronics rotted?
