I need to apologize to everyone about a serious matter that's very important to me.

Years ago, I said that sourdough bread was bad and I didn't believe anyone genuinely liked it.

I've since come to realize that I had just only had bad sourdough bread and that good sourdough bread exists and it's actually very good.

I’m very sorry for any damage that my past disparaging remarks may have done to the sourdough industry and I can only hope that this sincere apology and glowing endorsement will result in a boom in sourdough sales to make up for at least some of the problems my less informed self caused to the good name and sanctity of sourdough.
