Depression is well known to me. I've been through this rodeo many times. How does it relate to art?
There can be environmental factors to depression. *waves around indicating the current state of the world*
Making art can be *A* solution to bad feelings. Pushing through to create art and shaming yourself is not the way.
Remembering why you create artwork can be therapeutic. Giving yourself space to create as needed can helpful.

I have a Wip that involves cotton paper and a LOT of colored pencil work.
Identifying therapeutic artwork WIPs is good. I like texture. I like the feedback colored pencils give me on the paper.
What are some things you've discovered with your art that are therapeutic and help when you feel down?
