So I tried to add a user on a windows machine at work. I was not successful.
First, the dialog that opens does not explain that its actually a microsoft account that won't work offline. But also, if you just press ENTER after filling out username and password, nothing happens. No visual feedback. You have to scroll down to see that there are security questions that are marked as mandatory.

The same thing happens in the local-user account creation tool which can only be started from the commandline.
Its the same thing. Continue just does not seem to work.
And why the fuck would I need security questions for a local account? I had to fill out the name of my first animal - which obvious is animal. Stupid. The creme on top is that it just did not work. The dialogue that ask for just a moment was stuck for a 90 minute meeting. After that I have up and made a bootable linux stick.

@cccpresser what about using the command line or Powershell? Surely that's not enshittified yet?
