@lislegaard i think i heard a lot of black flag just by listening to our local student radio. they played stuff like danzig, primus, blag flag and all kinds of weird or just plain punk post-punk and i think i have it in me. then again, i also listened to the pixies and a tape of iron maiden on repeat for a while, and about 20 years ago i had a crush on Death From Above 1979, not to mention i did quite like the grunge sound too (especially Nirvana and some of Pearl Jam.

i once took the bus from roskilde festival in denmark back to oslo. the old ipods with hard drives had a flash memory they would load the tracks into so the harddrive didn't have to constantly spin. since i was so out of power i realized that if i loaded any new music (spin the hard drive) it would for sure die so i listened sooooooo many times to DFA1979 because it was already in flash. falling asleep, waking up, listening.did you see the movie?
