It was Super User Do and now also Switch User Do on Linux.Hence if your house sharing person has a disorder where they think they are a Linux OS
"Sudo make me a sandwich"
Might work.By default it means execute as Administrator (Root User) and then you are prompted for your password.
There is no need to ever log in as "root" on modern Linux. -
