yesterday felt very achy and lethargic, I'm still contemplating whether to go to the shop this afternoon, my head is saying NO! I really shouldn't risk spreading this around, but I know I will miss the change of scene, SELFISH!!!

Good morning lovely.
You are absolutely right, it used to be a case of, 'its only a cold, you'll be fine' with no thoughts about the implications for others, since COVID I no longer think that way!
However I feel I am a minority, as a volunteer I have the luxury of doing the right thing. -
