What's been helping me so far is if I feel too blegh tired to start doing anything I just shower or eat. If I have sensitive tasks I set a timer (I have a mechanical one like a kitchen one). I'm super forgetful so a timer is a lifesaver

not sure I'm $40 interested but the quiet part may be worth it for me

@RAPIDPUNCHES yeah that's why I don't have one haha tho there are knock offs available for cheaper
starting with a kitchen timer is also a good idea and maybe I'll walk to the hardware store today for one
