My health condition is very difficult after the operation

I haven’t received any donation for days

I haven’t recovered yet, because I can’t secure food or medicine... Even water and food are beyond my ability.

My body is weakening day by day, and I feel like I’m dying slowly while I’m trying to take responsibility for my family alone
