@bitspook That’s a pretty good summary. The pinephone already sucked 2 years ago but I still boot it up occasionally to test another distro.

aaaand the wifi chip is fried

#pine64 support seem to be trolling me. I reported that wifi chip stopped working within ~15 minutes, and their response so far has been:

1. Gaslight me and try to convince me there is no problem
2. Try to convince me my phone wasn't charged enough for wifi+bt chip to work.
3. Try to convince me that even though battery is charged, it doesn't have "enough voltage" just for this one chip while everything else works

It is almost as if they just want me to go away and stop complaining.
