        @entwininglife I went to a local punk gig last month, and there were a pair of "country gentlemen" there, dressed in tweed with ties, waistcoats, brogue shoes... but not "hipster" coded. It looked like that's just what they normally wore. You definitely wouldn't have thought they were punks. Could probably say the same about me though - I'm in my late 50's and just wore my usual grey jeans and flannel shirt - not very punk either.

              @entwininglife I recently had an MRI, and they asked what music to listen to. I asked for "classical". Imagine my surprise when it went from punk rock to hair metal to rock.

              Apparently they thought I meant "classic rock". 😀
