#Tennessee sucks. The #governor just passed a law creating a #public #database of #trans #people. I don't even have the words to describe just how incredibly cruel and fucked up this is.

Not only is this the first time the state has tried this, medical #information will be collected (major HIPAA violation), and the database will be publicly available.

Arguably, this is the worst and most dangerous anti-trans law in the country and jeopardizes the #safety, privacy, and well being of trans people.
