in order from most to least preferred!
- for greens, im partial to teas like senchas and green kukicha (twig tea, very low caffeine)
- herbal: chamomile, hibiscus, and rooibos
- earl grey, hot

@sparklepanic I've been drinking a ton of Yogi's throat comfort blend as well as camomile before bed lately. I do also love me some green tea and earl gay, I wanna find some looseleaf so I can make my own blends soon tho!!
