It's been a banner year for bureaucracy - we also just got assigned an SNS doctor.

I think about healthcare here, and the fact that it's accessible even if you have no money. I know the system isn't perfect, but when I think about how the United States is the richest country in the world and would rather spend 500 million dollars building concentration camps than providing healthcare to its most vulnerable, it makes my blood boil.

For any faults this country is guilty of, its priorities are much more aligned with its peoples' needs. Most countries are.
